Here is an example of replacing a drive belt that was difficult to work on due to being surrounded by covers!
We would like to introduce a case of replacing V-belts and timing belts, as well as adjusting tension using a sensor-type tension gauge. There was a problem where we wanted to replace the drive belt, but it was difficult to work due to being surrounded by a cover. Our company performed a series of tasks including removing and replacing the cover, adjusting tension, and timing adjustments. 【Case Overview】 ■Issues - The frame cover makes disassembling the machine cumbersome. ■Solutions - Using a sensor-type tension gauge allows for accurate measurement during tension adjustment. - The calculation software utilizes a smartphone. *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
